Harvey K. Babcock
Mr. Babcock received his Juris Doctor from the Detroit College of Law in 1974, and his Bachelors in Political Science from Wayne State University in 1969. While in law school he won the American Juris Prudens Award for excellence in commercial transactions. Mr. Babcock focuses his practice in collections, commercial litigation, consumer litigation, commercial transactions, creditor bankruptcy and general business litigation in both plaintiff and defense capacities. Mr. Babcock is admitted to practice in the State of Michigan and in the Federal Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, as well as the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Babcock has over 35 years of litigation experience at all trial court levels including district, circuit, appellate, federal and bankruptcy courts.
Daniel S. Singer- Of Counsel
Mr. Singer received his Juris Doctor from Michigan State University-Detroit College of Law in 1999 and his B.A. from University of Michigan in 1996. He also received his L.L.M (Taxation) from University of Miami School of Law in 2000. He was admitted in to the Michigan State Bar in 1999 and the Florida State Bar in 2001. Mr. Singer is also a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA).
Mr. Singer is of counsel for Babcock Carlson on Probate, Tax, Debtors Bankruptcy and Repossession issues.
